General conditions and procedure for submission and execution of orders.

2. Orders can be placed in a shop by:

- Online Shop

3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year.

4. Orders placed after 2 p.m. (CET) on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. A necessary condition to proccede the orders is to provide an e-mail - after placing the order Purchaser will be informed of the acceptance by e-mail. Not paid orders will not be sent.

6. Purchaser will be informed by e-mail about the status of the order.

7. Confirmed orders can not be canceled.

8. Incorrectly filled order will not be procceded.

9. Shop Polonia Cantat reserves the right to refuse orders dubious, the purchaser will be immediately informed of the existence of such a situation (see section 5).

10. The prices of all items in the shop include VAT.

11. Your order will be sent up to 10 working days after order confirmation.

12. In the absence of items in stock customer is informed of this fact and the associated increase in the time of the order. If the purchaser does not agree to extend the delivery time can completely cancel the order or just resign from the position, which extends the duration of the contract.

13. For each shipment attach a confirmation of purchase (receipt). If the Purchaser is subject to VAT, please send e-mail prior authorization for issuing the VAT invoice without signature of the recipient.

14. Under the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products Article 2 paragraph 1 may be made to return the purchased goods within 10 days in accordance with Article 10 of the aforementioned Act. Please also note that in order to return it is necessary to contact us by calling (22) 641 61 57 to determine the conditions of return. Goods should be returned in original packaging / intact in any way, not used in conjunction with the VAT invoice.

15. When making a prepayment:

- On the bank transfer should indicate the number, date order (the number is displayed when accepting the contract), name of institution / person ordering and add: "Order No. ..."

- Orders are directed to achieve when you receive a payment on the account.

17. Melody Company is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Law "On Protection of personal data". Under that Act the shop customers have the right to inspect their data, to correct them and demand to stop their use.
